Hi. I’m Natalie,
The creative heart behind Refined Floral. My love affair with flowers began in high school when I took my first floral design course. That passion grew as I worked in a flower shop while earning my BA in Anthropology.
Before I graduated, a close friend trusted me to create her wedding flowers. In that moment, I knew I’d found my calling. From there, I poured every spare moment into building this business—balancing a 9-to-5 job with late nights, lunch breaks, and weekends filled with blooms and bridal visions. By 2021, I was able to take the leap into full-time floral design, and I haven’t looked back since.
With over 100 weddings and counting, I’m endlessly grateful for the couples who trust me to bring their love stories to life through flowers. Each arrangement is designed with intention, creativity, and an obsession with every petal and detail.
In 2024, I launched our Internship Program to support new florists and share the joy and challenges of this incredible industry. It’s my way of giving back and helping others grow in their craft, just as I’ve grown in mine.

Every design journey begins with understanding. Before creating a design proposal, I delve into the core of your love story and your ideal wedding vision. This ensures the designs compliment your intention.
Conceptualization
Drawing from the inspiration gathered, I start curating various design concepts. This phase is all about creativity, innovation, and aligning the design with your unique vision.
Refinement
Based on feedback and collaborative discussions, We refine the chosen designs, fine-tuning every detail, from color palettes to flower varieties, ensuring it aligns flawlessly with your dream day. Final decisions are confirmed one month prior to your day.
Celebration
On your wedding day, our team works behind the scenes to bring forth your vision. You and your most loved people celebrate while we execute the designs of your most special day.
